Green Building Program

Recently named Green Land Development of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders, Pringle Creek has put together a unique Green Building program for its 139 residential lots. Each home built will be energy efficient and constructed using certified green building materials and techniques. The building program offers lot buyers existing home plans and a team of qualified green builders. Plans can be adapted or modified to meet the needs of each buyer. Other builders and design plans are welcome as long as they meet the criteria established in Pringle Creek’s Green Building Guidelines. Documents are available for review.
