Walk down in the morning and grab a coffee. Take time out from your home office and meet some friends for lunch. Stroll through the plaza and greet your neighbors on a warm summer evening. Shop at the farmer’s market and pick out your fresh vegetables for the week. Attend a community meeting to plan next year’s cultural activities in the pavilion. This is our vision for the Village Center, the hub of our community.

Current plans include several mixed-use buildings surrounding an open, park-like plaza. These buildings will be a combination of restored historic structures and new construction, each one renovated or built to meet U.S. Greenbuilding Councils’ LEED Silver standards. The Village Center will blend residential and commercial occupancy, and provide public space for community activities. One of the renovated structures will become an open-air, covered pavilion for events and performances.
