11. How green is the Green Building Program?

Homes at Pringle Creek will exceed both EnergyStar™ and Earth Advantage™ standards. In addition to energy efficient appliances and windows, another requirement is the use of 100% FSC* lumber throughout the community. Our green building guidelines also promote environmentally responsible building materials for both inside and outside the home. Design and building parameters are outlined in Pringle Creek's Residential Design and Development Guidelines.
